The fastest way to track job applications.

Paste a URL, import your spreadsheet, save a listing with one click — ReTrack is the fastest way to track job applications. Free forever, no typing.

Job hunting is already slow. The tracker shouldn’t be.

ReTrack is built around one rule: the software does the typing, you do the applying. Every interaction is designed to shave seconds off the loop between I see an interesting job and it’s saved to my tracker, status set, notes ready.

Three ways to add a job — pick the fastest one for the moment

1. Paste a URL

Open the web app, paste a job URL, and ReTrack reads the listing for you — title, company, location filled in automatically. ~1 second for most sites.

Best for: phone, when a friend DMs you a link, when you’re already in the tracker.

2. One-click save from the Chrome extension

Browsing LinkedIn or Jobstreet? Click the extension icon on any listing. The job is saved without you ever leaving the page or copying anything.

Best for: desktop browsing where you’re working through dozens of listings.

3. Import your existing spreadsheet

Already tracking jobs in Excel, Google Sheets, Notion, or some other tool? Export it to CSV or XLSX, drop the file into ReTrack, and map your columns — Title, Company, URL, Status, Notes. Hundreds of past applications land in your pipeline in seconds.

Best for: switching from another tracker without losing history.

And your data stays yours — one click to export

ReTrack isn’t a roach motel. Anytime you want, you can download a clean CSV of every job, every note, every status. UTF-8, opens in any spreadsheet app, no support ticket needed.

The job market changes. Tools come and go. Your application history should outlive any of them.

What “fast” means, in practice

There is no paid tier, no trial, no usage cap, no ads. Sign in with Google and start tracking in under 30 seconds.

If you’ve been retyping job titles into a spreadsheet on a Saturday afternoon, you already know why this matters. Try it.

Frequently asked questions

Can I import my existing spreadsheet?

Yes. ReTrack imports CSV, XLSX, and other spreadsheet files directly. After you upload, you map your columns — Job Title, Company, URL, Location, Status, Note — to ReTrack's fields. There is no fixed template; whatever headers you already use, you map them in. Bring your half-finished Notion export, your Sheets tab from last month, your Excel from a friend — they all work.

Is there a way to export my data later?

Yes. One click downloads everything as a UTF-8 CSV that opens cleanly in Excel, Google Sheets, and Numbers — title, company, location, URL, status, notes, salary, and timestamps. Your data is yours. No paywall, no waiting, no support ticket.

How does the job URL auto-fill work?

Paste any job URL into ReTrack and the app fetches the page, reads the listing, and fills in the title, company, and location for you. It works on LinkedIn, Jobstreet, Glints, Indeed, Kalibrr, Tech in Asia Jobs, and any company career page with a public URL. Most listings auto-fill in under a second.

Do I need a browser extension?

No — the extension is optional. The web app at app.retrack.work works on its own: paste a URL, hit Save, done. The Chrome extension just makes it one click instead of two by grabbing the URL of whatever listing you're currently viewing. Use it if you save a lot of jobs from your desktop browser.
